The pizza looks so delicious. When are you having another pizza class?
I would love to attend.

Hello! I’m interested in attending your bread making class, but the date, Sunday, May 15th, 2012 seems to be incorrect…is it the 13th perhaps, Mother’s Day? Or the 20th?

Fiore Market Cafe,
Have you ever thought of opening up a stand at the South Pas farmers market on Thursdays? I think it would be a grand success 🙂

Hello Bill,
It was lovely to meet you and your wife yesterday at Fiore. I had a wonderful time with my friend Christa Lorenz who speaks so highly of you. Is it too late for me to sign up for your bread making class? I’d love to come and have a couple friends who may be interested. Do you have openings?
Hoping so!
Warmly,
Jean Grant

Hi! I’m dying to take your class with a friend of mine. I’ve tried signing up for the last two bread classes but they’ve been full. Is there any way to get on a wait list for the next class (bread or pizza)? I would be happy to stop in and pay in advance. Thank you!
P.S. Loooooooove your food. 🙂

My son is in college in NY and will not be returning until mid-late December. He will be leaving to study abroad in early January. I’m wonder if you will have a bread class sometime during the end of December. Let me know. Thank!

Hi Jeanne,
We will not have a bread class until March 2015. Sorry.
November 11th, 2014 at 2:06 am
It’s worth the wait. My life has been changed forever!

Thanks for your reply on the bread making class. I will calendar March 2015 and be sure to sign up. In the meantime, I noticed your article on fig jam. I challenge you to create a fig walnut wheat bread. This year, I was in Amsterdam and picked up a loaf as described—fabulous! Traveled to Paris after Amsterdam and could not find a fig bread that came close and, we all know, Paris is the bread capital of the world! La differance? Paris used chopped figs whereas Amsterdam kept nearly whole figs enveloped in the bread. I will be happy to buy a few loaves from your oven!
