Last Night’s Jam Class

We had a great jam class last night. Thanks to Greta Dunlop from the South Pasadena Farmer’s Market for her guidance with our first jam class. Hopefully we can put this class in the rotation with the other classes that we offer at Fiore Market Cafe.

Here are quite a few photographs from the class. Mackenzie took the photographs for us. Hope you enjoy them.

Because of the jam class we now have jams on the counter for sale. We have a classic strawberry jam and a fig conserve with green chili from the garden. Both are $7.50 a jar.

Working on having the pork belly sandwich with the fig conserve for Friday and Saturday.

We are almost completely out of the garden tomatoes. How did that happen so fast?

I plan to offer two classes in September. The bread class and pizza class. I will have the dates posted by Sunday night.
