Cinnamon Bread Class Was A Blast

On Sunday we held our first cinnamon bread class. It was a great success. We taught the students how to make Fiore’s famous cinnamon bread,. In addition to that the students learned how to make berry scones. Here is a photograph of the class along with some photographs of the bread that the students made.

We have a new pizza class scheduled for Sunday December 11th. Stop by to sign up.

Been Making Lots of Bread

This past Sunday we had our bread class. Irene, Shirley Yvonne, Daniel, August, Rob and Karen attended the class. We had a great time. We make our rustic sandwich bread, banquettes and foccaccia.

This Sunday we will have our very first cinnamon raisin bread class. I am looking forward to it.

New Farmer’s Market Dinner Coming Soon

I am sorry for being so absent on the blog. Anne and I have been busy. We’re trying to winterize Fiore Market Cafe. I have installed antique windows along the raised beds to help break the wind. I have a few more to go. Then we’ll purchase a few heaters. Hopefully these few additions will create a warm cozy environment for all our fantastic customers.

Here are a few photographs.

One of our regular customers Liz celebrated her birthday at Fiore today. Happy Birthday Liz. Hope you guys had a great time.

Give us a call if you have a large group and our celebrating a special occasion. We’ll hold a table for you.

There are a few more spots available for the bread class and the cinnamon bread class. Stop in to sign up.
