We are full of tomatoes. The vines are heavy. We are looking for new and exciting ways to use our tomatoes and today is only July 1st. I planted the tomatoes early and now we reap the rewards. Tomorrow, I am pairing the garden tomatoes with some fresh burratta cheese, our grilled bread and a splash of the homemade pesto.
Here are a few other photographs. I love our pickles. We do not cook them so they stay bright green. They are crisp and great on the short rib sandwich. We are hoping to bottle them soon and offer them in the deli case. Let us know if you are interested.
